Our company boasts strong technical expertise, advanced production processes, and comprehensive testing facilities. We are equipped with a full set of imported equipment, including three automated PC lens light-curing production lines and two anti-fog coating lines for lamp covers.
Additionally, we have Taiwan-origin Fuqiangxin multi-color and dual-color injection molding machines: four 1420-ton units, one 1900-ton unit, one 1250-ton unit, two 1600-ton units, one 700-ton unit, and one 550-ton unit, totaling 10 machines. We also feature two Nissan Aifa Ke vacuum coating machines and various models of domestic Haitian injection molding machines.
These enable us to professionally manufacture automotive lamp reflectors and interior/exterior trim components, achieving national advanced standards with complete testing instruments. We implement the IATF 16949 quality management system for internal operations. Our key clients include Great Wall Motors, Xingyu Car Lamp, Hainachuan Hella, and Zhejiang Jiali.
